Orders below £3,500 will incur a delivery charge. Orders above £3,500 will be delivered free of charge in UK mainland. Delivery costs are dependant on the distance involved and any special circumstances. Exact delivery costs will be agreed and confirmed when an official order is placed.

In most instances a 10% deposit is taken on the order when it is placed.

All Environment Agency Fish Movement Consent paperwork will be completed by us and will be charged at £20.00 per standard consent to cover administration costs.

Our fish will be supplied with a valid Section 30 Fish Health Check completed by independent fish health specialists.
